Establish International Passports for Neurodivergents

Establish International Passports for Neurodivergents
The Issue
This is not a joke, take the text below seriously. My journey as a neurodivergent individual began in a village that suffered the aftermath of a nuclear bomb dropped by Stalin in 1954.
The legacy of this event has been devastating, with many of my relatives succumbing to cancer. My personal struggles were further compounded when I was held back in first grade because I could only pronounce four consonant letters. Despite these challenges, my family and I have spent the last six years traveling the globe, searching for our home.
Despite my diagnoses, I graduated with a degree in social psychology. I also got a diploma in group psychotherapy with the Psychodrama method from the European Association. I also have a diploma in cognitive behavioral therapy, shema therapy and acceptance and commitment therapy. I also graduated from Russian managment academy at the faculty of "IT marketing". And opened several small successful businesses. Psychology is my special interest. And I've always used it for the good of society. As part of my telegram project, we paid for diagnostics by the best psychiatrists in Russia for more than 80 people. We held more than 200 free support groups, which were attended by more than 2500 people. We translated over 3,000 scientific articles, blogger posts and videos to inform the scientific and autistic community in Russia.
Unfortunately, my community is in decline right now. This is due to the fact that I was forced to close my advertising agency because of the war in Ukraine. On the first day of the war, all my foreign clients stopped working with me. I can no longer finance this project.
For the second year I live in Mexico with my wife and two children and work as a realtor and online psychologist with neudivergents in Russia, Ukraine, Germany, Turkey, Bali and USA.
I can't say I don't like this job. But I cry almost every day because it does not allow me to realize all my potential that I have accumulated over 15 years of education and 12 years in business. I want to make the world a better place. This problem is faced not only by me, but also by all neurodivergents from different countries of the world with whom I have worked or communicated.
I believe that this is a shortcoming of society, because with the right approach neurodivergents bring great help in the development of mankind. For example, neurodivergents include Greta Thunberg, Tim Burton, Bill Gates, Temple Grandin, Daniel Radcliffe, Richard Branson, Albert Einstein, Billie Eilish, Elon Musk, Albert Einstein, and many many great persons.
As an author of a telegram channel about the rights of neurodivergents in Russia, it has become clear to me that our struggle is not confined within national borders. Our nationality is neurodivergent; it remains unchanged regardless of where we live or what policies are enforced by local governments.
This petition calls for the establishment of an international passport for neurodivergents - one that would formalize our rights at an international level and provide us with greater opportunities to make positive changes around the world. It's time we recognize and respect neurodiversity as part of human diversity.
The World Health Organization estimates that over 1 billion people (or approximately 15% of the world's population) have some form of disability (World Report on Disability, WHO). Many among them are neurodiverse individuals who face unique challenges every day due to societal misunderstanding and lack thereof accommodations.
By signing this petition, you're supporting not just me but millions around the world who identify as being neurologically diverse. Let's ensure everyone has equal opportunities no matter where they live or travel to on this planet. Please sign this petition today!
