Establish a WNBA Team in Miami

The Issue

My journey began as a basketball player and evolved into entrepreneurship. I've witnessed the rise of women's sports and its many benefits – not only for its players but for everyone involved. Unfortunately, I've also seen that too often, those who benefit most from the success of women's sports are not the women themselves. As the founder of a Sports Business Development agency for women and by women, I am dedicated to fostering the growth of women's sports and expanding opportunities for women in business.

Today, I am asking for your support to bring a Women's National Basketball Association (WNBA) team to Miami. Miami is a city renowned for its sports scene, yet it lacks a representative team in the highly competitive and inspiring WNBA. Establishing a team in this city wouldn't just increase visibility for female sports performance, it would also embody Miami's cultural diversity and commitment to equal opportunity.

To make this goal a reality, we need to first secure city approval. However, success won't come without demonstrating the public's desire for a WNBA team. The addition of this team provides an opportunity to continue the exponential growth observed in women's sports, providing further opportunities for women's empowerment and financial independence. Support from basketball fans matters. Your interest matters.

Would you like to see Miami represented in the WNBA? Would you appreciate more opportunities being made available to women in sports and business? Then, please add your name to this petition and let's bring a WNBA team to Miami. Let's show that we, the people of Miami, support and want to invest in women's basketball. Your signature truly counts. Send a clear message to the city - we want a Women's Basketball team in Miami. Thank you.
