I am a member of the Stillwater community, and I strongly believe that a Target store in our area would not only provide a better variety of shopping options but also create job opportunities, especially for local college students. 

With a population of nearly 50,000 people and serving as the home to Oklahoma State University, Stillwater is a potential place for a Target. According to statistics from the U.S. Census Bureau, Stillwater has a population growth rate of nearly 11.6% since 2010. The local economy would greatly benefit from the jobs and boost in retail sales a Target store provide, Many of us crave the unique array of items Target offers that go beyond just groceries or household goods.

With the addition of a Target store, college students at Oklahoma State University could find part-time jobs that fit their university schedule, providing financial autonomy and job experience, complimenting their studies.
