To Law Enforcement active and retired,
Thank you for what you do for this nation! Your work is truly under appreciated.
You are a group of people that can exercise the Second Amendment freely, without worry. You are also the only group of citizens who have a path to obtain a national CCW even after you retire.
Although I think that is a well-deserved, the Second Amendment is meant for all citizens nationwide without infringement. It is not something that should have a “deserving” clause.
If you believe the Law Enforcement Officers Safety Act (LEOSA) excludes regular citizens from exercising their Second Amendment right nationwide, please sign this petition and tell congress to act for the rest of us.
Additionally, if you believe the requirements to obtain a National CCW under the LEOSA are abhorrent, please sign this petition to tell congress it is not acceptable.
