The outcry in response to the removal of the Osprey nest was noticed. According to Nashua Ink Link, Jay Martin of NH Fish & Game responded:

“The Department has been in contact with the mall’s facility manager and we are working to construct an alternative nesting platform on site for the osprey,” wrote Martin.  A NH Fish & Game biologist is meeting with the site manager (Wednesday)  morning to select a location for the platform with the goal of setting up a new structure in the next few days. The site manager of the mall has ordered a 40-foot pole and the Department has already forwarded design/build specs to them for the platform.”

Glad that a solution is forthcoming!
