On Tuesday, 4/2, the Ospreys' newest nest (located atop the light post in front of DSW) was removed by an electric company. To the dismay of onlookers they threw the sticks, which made up the nest, onto the ground below. 

The Ospreys' previous year's nesting spot had already been disrupted by the removal of another of the parking lot's lights. 

It seems evident with these events that some view the Ospreys' presence as a nuisance.
