As someone who strongly believes in justice and the importance of remembering the victims of horrific crimes, I am starting this petition in the hope of establishing a memorial park for the victims of Jeffrey Dahmer. It's a personal and significant step towards remembering those who suffered at the hands of this man.

Jeffrey Dahmer, known as the Milwaukee Cannibal or the Milwaukee Monster, was a convicted American serial killer and sex offender who took the lives of 17 males between 1978 and 1991. While his name continues to be infamous in the annals of crime, we must never forget his victims. They deserve to be remembered, honoured, and respected, not overshadowed by the notoriety of their perpetrator.
