The inside corruption of the United States Post Offices being committed by the post office postal workers.  It all started for Cathy Prather Russell when she had opened her first post office box at the post office located at 10254 Gratiot Ave, Detroit, Michigan.  Months down the road Cathy Prather Russell intuition had told her that her ex husband Kelvin was working with his friend and the janitor at that time working for the post office was tampering with her mail but she couldn't prove it.  Then mysteriously years later her charity mail The Gift Of A Helping Hand Charitable Trust was going to Kelvin 's mother's home who resided at 12560 Camden, Detroit Michigan and he had the nerves to bring her her mail and stated His mother said, which is Earnstein Russell, she didn't know why her mail was going to her home," he replied and laughed while handing her her mail and the charity mail.  Cathy Prather Russell was outrage, because they invaded her privacy and she despised those peoples.

Cathy Prather Russell, like many others, has suffered at the hands of corruption within our society. Her mail and packages were stolen from her post office box, with the postal clerks finding amusement in her distress.
