Our community in Summerlin, Aurora is lacking in recreational facilities. As a resident and a family man, it became clear that what we have - a park, albeit a new and beautiful one, is not enough. Our fun is limited, our recreational options are lacking. Many times, my own family and friends have expressed dissatisfaction towards the few choices of activity. With all the land we have, our community could surely benefit from more amenities.

A club house, furnished with a small gym and an outdoor pool, is what we desire, and it's high time we raised this issue. Not just for us, but for the whole community. A gym would provide fun exercising alternatives for adults while a pool could offer a splendid, cooling escape during our hot summers. These amenities will significantly impact our quality of life and provide us with common spaces where community engagement can thrive.

In fact, according to the Pediatrics Journal, recreational facilities in a neighborhood can significantly decrease the risk of obesity among residents. Our dream of a club house is not merely a means for more enjoyment but also contributes to the overall health and well-being of our community members.
