Uber has regained its licence in London however in the city of Chelmsford, Essex you can no longer get home easily via an Uber, and have to pay expensive cab fares.  By signing this petition hopefully the Essex county council will restore Uber’s licence to operate in Chelmsford so that the people of Essex can save more of their hard earned money.
