"As stated in our previous letters in relation to this application, the level of harm in this case is total loss of significance of a NDHA of clear heritage value. Taking into consideration the comments of eminent Civic Engineer and Heritage Expert Ed Morton, we consider the level of harm posed by this application to be extreme and therefore unjustified in heritage terms".
