Boxted Bridge Theme Cakes

Whilst waiting for the results of the consultation currently taking place between Essex Highways and their sub contractor, who are independent experts in strengthening and rebuilding steel bridges, and are to provide external proposals for refurbishment- including a technical assessment of the feasibility of such repairs and their likely cost - our family bubble decided to do a bit of home baking last weekend with the theme 'Boxted Bridge'. We will be showing you a selection of our efforts over the next few days but here is the first.
