On October 18, the 21st Judicial Task Force executed a search warrant on the house Myles shared with his roommate, Steven. The Task Force allegedly found Tops cigarette papers, a tobacco grinder with marijuana debris, marijuana and debris and a schedule 4 Ambien pill. Upon his arrival, Myles was searched and nothing was found on his person. He was arrested and held on $60,000 bond. Steven was arrested the next day and charged with the evidence found in the house. He was released two days later on a $5000 bond. Steven's mom who gave him the Ambien pill was not charged with any crime. Myles was not read his Miranda rights and has been incarcerated over a month without knowledge of his charges or evidence against him. If he didn't get charged with anything found in the house, why is he still there? He was just assigned a public defender this week. We need the bail reduced so we can get him out and get to work clearing his name. Thanks for your support.
