EaseMyTrip.com is an online travel agent facilitating travel bookings for flights, hotels etc.

I caught their fraud when I had to cancel one of the flight bookings, and they deducted INR 65,000 on the name of cancellation charges. As I am a frequent flyer, I knew this is incorrect, so after much debate with customer service on phone, email and social media, they reduced cancellation charges to INR 49,000. Since this was still incorrect, I debated the genuineness of this, to which they confirmed that cancellation charges are only USD 300. But they never processed that and blocked me on Twitter.

After going through all the channels, I discovered this is their usual modus operandi. They are used to defrauding customers and cheating on refund amount.

I want to start a petition to collect responses from all the affected customers from this company, once we have substantial responses with the evidence, we can file a lawsuit for recovery of wrongful charges and pending refunds.
