COVID-19 is a threat to the health and well being of the UC Berkeley student body. The extremely high population density in the Berkeley area is a cesspool of germs. If the UC Berkeley campus hesitates and does not shut down immediately, COVID-19 will indeed spread throughout the campus before it can be stopped, thereby endangering the lives of all 42,501 students attending his wonderful university and 24,700 staff members.
