Dear Ms. Paulauskė: 

We are  writing to inform you about the problems we have to deal with on a daily basis when using a Croatian version of your website http://tarpmergaiciu.lt/.

We have hoped over the past few years that the website http://mojekrpice.hr/  would meet the expectations of its customers related to specific quality standards. Since you clearly identified expectations and established a team (assigned the employees roles and their responsibilities, determined the rules, procedures and consequences for anyone found to be breaking the latter), it was only logical to think that the employees, above other members, would be able to follow theese procedures and fulfill their tasks effectively and fairly, without abusing the oficial duties and authorities.

Unfortunately, the responsible persons (administrator above all and partially the technical support) didn´t do anything do reduce the site´s security and privacy problems by allowing financial frauds, not keeping the accurate, complete and up-to-date personal data, not blocking the scam profiles nor deleting spam users, distributing other member´s real-life information and not respecting the personal data protection law, also allowing fake tags, ignoring severe violations and promoting hatred, slur, using inappropriate language and photos, not punishing threats, insults, false advertising, ignoring the malversations related with the evaluation system and allowing illegal activities - selling the counterfeit goods, etc.
 
To be more specific, the administrator is often unavailable, he can´t be reached for days, he has abused the given authorities on several ocsasions and is not conscientious in performing his/her regular activities in general (not fulfilling the tasks, not maintaining order and organization, ignoring customer inquiries, positive criticism, every good idea and advice given by the other members for improving the site´s performance, not taking responsabilty and therefore, failing to achieve a positive and healthy environment). In fact, he/she is paid for not doing his/her job.
 

From a technical standpoint,  the website also doesn´t correspond to its standards. The quality is quite poor, the site keeps crashing on a regular basis, it´s not mobile suitable, the users can´t upload images, the computer viruses and other malicious programs are not removed, certain user pay services that are offered on the site don´t function properly, among other technical problems. This way, not only they are loosing their money, but also their trust and will to remain active members on the site, too. If you have decided to charge for certain services, the least you can and should do is provide them to your users, without having to deal with numerous difficulties.

Since the number of fraud cases and illegal activities have hit all-time high, the rules are constantly being ignored and the administrator has no control over the site in general, we cannot keep ignoring the facts anymore and we were forced to start this petition. Somebody must be hold responsible and liable for the losses sustained so far. Hopefully, we share a common interest in improving security and stability, and also protecting the loyal members from scammers on the website.
 
We are well aware that you can not fix everything at once, but if you really care about your customers, you should consider the following reasons and our request for administrator´s dismissal. This small act would cause a ripple of great change, facilitate the site´s performance and contribute general customer satisfaction, acquiring a new customers and perhaps earning the trust from the old ones. We would sincerely appreciate your taking time to provide your feedback and actively participate in a joint action to solve the problems mentioned above. 

 
As the irrecoverable loss has already been caused to you by malpractice and unprofessional conduct, we are hoping this request will be taken seriously. If not, we will be forced to take further actions that may cause a great deal of damage to your business and also be accompanied by negative publicity.
