Following a peaceful protest on Saturday, May 30th, 2020, a City of Erie, Pennsylvania police officer used excessive force by kicking a young woman protestor whom was already maced and sitting on the ground. The police station also tear gassed young children that were in the crowd. This is an excessive use of force and DEMANDS action now. 

The police would not identify their badge number or name and the goal of this petition is to receive this information to begin the next steps of seeking justice.
