Aaron Swartz was driven to suicide by this prosecutor, who knew that he had committed no crime, and continued to use the power of her office to hound him. Aaron and all of the other citizens who don't have the full force of government behind them, need to know that Government itself will act to protect them.

The only way the public can know this is if they see District Attorney Carmen Ortiz charged with murder, and tried by a jury of her peers.
