As Missouri Citizens, Conservative and Liberal alike, we want ethical state government.  Every year Ethics Reform Bills are brought to the House and Senate and every year they are shot down.

Missouri citizens no longer trust their state government officials and for good reason.  We lack transparency in Goverment, and there is little to stop corruption and outside influence.

Support the Ethics Reform Bills this session.

These include, but aren't limited to:

1) Requiring lawmakers to wait 2 years before becoming lobbyists to slow down the revolving door of lawmaker to government influencer.  

2) A Bill banning gifts to lawmakers from lobbyists.

3) Promote transparency in Missouri Government by requiring secretive, "dark money" organizations that support Missouri politicians to report all of their expenditures made in support of or opposition to a candidate or ballot measure.

4) Bills barring legislative staff from serving as paid political consultants and making it a crime for candidates to transfer campaign funds to relatives.

Clean, Ethical Government is not and should not be a partisian issue.  All Missourians deserve ethical leadership and rules to restore our faith in our state government and it's officials.

We demand better Government, and ask that you deliver us a more ethical Missouri Government now.
