Mayor Eric Garcetti signed to fund police 3 billion dollars that will be coming out of the Los Angeles tax payers money. This money can be used toward fixing our streets and providing better schooling/education for the youth, the police department has been using excessive force with peaceful protestors, they do not need heavy machinery or high caliber weapons.
