There needs to be a class action lawsuit brought against ERCOT. ERCOT failed to adequately assess the electric needs of Texas residents. And as a result of millions of people suffered and dies due to their negligence therefore we the people need to file a class action lawsuit against ERCOT. They need to be held accountable for their actions.Help do so by signing this petition.
