As of this year, examination boards have decided to no longer allow equation sheets for physics exams, as allowed previously under special circumstances due to the effects of the corona virus limitting secondary students' education.

However, it is mine and many other's belief that this support should continue in the next GCSE season as the current year 10s, soon to be year 11s' education was significantly impacted within their fist year of year 7, hence calling the need for extra help during their exams.

Similarly, equation sheets should be reviewed as a whole, questioning if they are useful as in this modern age of technology, students may use the internet to search for their equations, so why should they not be provided with equation sheets during their exams as learning aquations should not be the main priority of physics.
