Making progress for the southwest portion of the Hough neighborhood

Yesterday, I received an email from the mayor confirming the plan is to decommission the ability to camp on the Mill Plain sound wall and that should be completed within 60 days. This space will be added to the Camping Ban portion of the Emergency Declaration.

This is a victory for residents in SW Hough; however, where will the campers move who refuse moving into the Stay Safe Shelters? Another neighborhood? We have to keep pushing to demand that all residential neighborhoods receive the same rights as residents at Stay Safe Shelters/communities.
