EX WEST FERRY PRINTER"S EMPLOYEE GETS SLAMMED BY COUNCIL! Deejay Wongy (Kerry Wong), Ex Publisher for West Ferry Printers for five and a half years is being evicted by Epping Forest District Council on a technicality after living in his property since 1983! Deejay Wongy has lived in his council house in Loughton, Essex since 1983 with his mother, girlfriend, Clare and their 2 year old son. At the end of March 2015 his mother was placed into residential care. The property was in his mother's name. Deejay Wongy tried to get the tenancy changed into his own name before his mother left but the council swerved it. They said in their opinion his mother was not in her right mind to make such a decision BUT she was able to decide to be placed in care! They served him with an Eviction letter 10 days later. Deejay Wongy pursued the matter through the Courts, he lost his case because it was regarded as an outright possession because his mother had already vacated the premises and was informed he had no right to appeal; he had to pay all the court costs. He's being evicted on 13 January and his gf and 2 year old are being placed in a B&B. Council won't consider where he's being placed until 12 January. It could be as far away as Stansted or Harlow. He works nights in Valley Wines in Loughton Way, Loughton, Essex, he doesn't drive and cannot get home that far away at midnight so will lose his job! His belongings are being put in storage, he'll be unable to pay the bill for them! He will lose everything!
