Problem
The problem is that there’s is a massive problem with game companies marketing the games the wrong-way and leaving out a lot of people around the world with any form of epilepsy but the effects in the games
that effect people with photo sensitive epilepsy and the say in the game health and safety warnings that some people may have seizures but they don’t say how much or little the effects are used in the games or how strong they are many people who love games but won’t be able to play every game that is made because they will have family and friends that will be effected by the games and will be missing out on the fun and it’s not mentioned in actual game play

Solution
My solution is that game companies have a traffic lights system for green small amounts of flashing lights in dark parts of the game or sertin characters have powers that use flashing lights slow speed
And let us set the speed of the effects  

Yellow/orange for flashing lights in the start of the game and in battle parts of the game and 1 or more characters have powers and weapons that may use effects and is in middle and end of the game medium speed

Red all the way through the game has mutable that characters have powers and weapons that have a lot of lights and some scenes use high levels of lights and speed fast my second solution is that the voice actors / characters give the warnings at the start of the game and have a catch phrase that fits the games theam
And have the voice actors do a in character warning we have over  a billion or more people with different types epilepsy  and kids who love games can't play them cause it could affect them or there family or friends also they spend a lot of money on games  and if they can't get to play the game they have wasted there money and putting there health at risk 
Personal story
My personal story is I grew up with a childhood form of epilepsy that caused me to have high temperature fits and I was affected by some flashing lights in some films and there were some games that I couldn’t play because of my high temperature fits and I now am fit free but my mum has photo sensitive epilepsy and I am my mums career and how I relax is by playing my games on my PS4 but because of the effects in the games I have to be very careful of the games that I buy because of the effects i have to take a very risky chance When a New games come out at any time my mum could take a seizure all because of not having the knowledge about how strong the effects are and how much they are used in the game footage
