If you’re a Fortnite Battle Royale player, then I’m pretty sure you know how shotgun delay works. You shoot one then you switch to another shotgun, but you have a delay and are unable to shoot that weapon for a limited amount of time. If Epic Games were to remove this delay, then we could possibly end this new Spray and Pray meta. We’ve all died to new players that just love to spam SMG’s. Epic Games is beginning to target new players and giving them an opportunity to actually have a chance with the game. Here’s the thing, it takes no skill to handle an SMG. That’s why I prefer to call it the “Spray and Pray Meta”. They start spamming their SMG and hope for the best. Epic Games gives a better chance of winning to a newer player than an older, returning player. Here’s the thing, isn’t the point of a game is to get better? I’m not asking for much, but this could make a huge impact to Fortnite Battle Royale. Epic Games please, at least remove the delay for shotguns. You have nerfed shotguns in the past, and there is no need for more. Just remove shotgun delay.
