Epic just released the 16.40 patch for Fortnite, and one of the skins leaked appears to be based off Basketball, with leaks suggesting it to be NBA. Fingers crossed it's NBA skins, but I won't declare victory, until it is official. Let me know your thoughts on the leaks.
