Dear Eon Productions,

This petition has been created to ask if Eon Productions would consider releasing a special edition of "On Her Majesty's Secret Service" on 4K, Blu-Ray or DVD etc. in 2019 to celebrate the film's 50th anniversary. This film has such a high regard among so many James Bond fans that I'm sure a new anniversary edition would be truly appreciated. Also, because of the film's uniqueness I'm sure it would suit a stand-alone release.

Perhaps extra content could include:

- some footage or stills from the deleted rooftop chase scene in London

- new interviews with Diana Rigg, George Lazenby, Terence Mountain and other cast members

- a realization that this was a total Bond reboot at the time

- a celebration of the locations in the film, including of course Piz Gloria

- an in depth doco in Peter Hunt

- the bravery of Mr Broccoli and Mr Saltzman to cast an unknown Aussie actor in this iconic role

- the film's influence on modern film directors (eg. Christopher Nolan and Steven Soderbergh)

- the fact that Tracey's character was so strong in this film

- an isolated score

- an interview with Charles Helfenstein who authored the definitive "making of" book for this film

- a tribute to Ilse Steppat who sadly passed away just after the film was released in 1969

- and finally how critics, fans and the public have changed their opinion of this film over the years.

I'm sure this anniversary release would prove very popular not only with James Bond fans, but also with movie lovers world wide.
