EON is breaching contract with Cranbrook residents.

Cranbrook residents are still having ongoing issues with hot water supply to their properties, despite numerous phone calls and complaints having been made to EON.  This is a long-standing issue that is yet to be resolved. 

Hot water is a necessity and it is incredibly more so during this winter and pandemic time.  Our homes require a reliable source of hot water and heat and we are kindly urging you to please address this matter with urgency.
