Fracking is the process of drilling underground for natural gas. Despite the adverse effects fracking has on the environment and public health, 21 states harbor fracking plants. Due to the world's increasing demand for natural gas, fracking is inevitable. However, we can choose more eco-friendly alternatives to obtain our energy. Green Fracking provides the opportunity to acquire energy underground WITHOUT doing harm. It does away with the destructive chemicals and preserves our fresh water supply. Green Fracking does not contaminate the environment and the elements used in the process can even be recycled to be used again. All conventional fracking procedures should be prohibited, as Green Fracking is more suitable for maintaining a healthy and prosperous environment.
