According to stats there are approximately 90 million hotel rooms in India, In each room atleast 2 plastic water bottles are provided for the tourists and if those are not enough tourists may have to buy more bottles accounting to use of more than 180 million plastic bottles everyday. Tourists have no option but to use these plastic bottles. This number is alarming. We all are well aware of our planet's condition and how these plastic bottles are contributing to it. If hotels start providing refillable RO purified water to tourists then the use of these plastic bottles will be drastically reduced. Hotels may or may not charge for it, it depends on them but can contribute a lot to planet's health by this little effort.
