Our Oceans need our help in the classified sector of arsenals left to decay. Please sign this petition to raise awareness and convince the White House and governments worldwide to create teams to locate and remove dangerous arsenals left in the ocean to decay. This problem of abandoned nuclear subs etc.is rarely spoken of but critically important to us all. This also includes all forms of unseen dumped waste, which if not toxic now becomes toxic at is it breaks down and pollutes the ocean and is ingested by species including humans.
