Vehicle emissions testing needs to be abolished. There are more newer less pollution cars and trucks on the road than there are older vehicles. This region is not known for its high wages so when emission repairs are in fact needed... it cost too much. This region is known for its industries. Emission test those industries, those million and billion dollar companies... not the citizens who are living paycheck to paycheck.

This NEEDS to happen.
