This movie, ENTITY is a Slender Man based film. The movie began their production in July of 2012. Writer Courtney Hagans, and Producer Mervyn J. Ortiz strived a great journey in making this film become possible. 

What's really different about this film is this wasn't your average Hollywood type of product in the works. This was made by an Indie group from Florida and their content from their teaser and trailer of the movie explains how much hard work and dedication the crew put up over the year. When filming was done, the crew went to the next stage of post production and began to polish the film. But this film had some roadblocks on its path. The film needed enough money to reach out to digital media in order for this films initial release to be finalized, but during this situation there was some copyright problems, but no one in the population had any idea where the rights for copyright falls to. Until in 2013, the production became silent and was never brought back... Becoming cancelled.

In 2016, a group called Mythology Entertainment bought the rights for Slender man and SONY entertainment made a Slender Man movie which became a garbage dumpster fire.
