I am a Class 9 student under the CBSE curriculum, facing a significant hurdle in my academic journey due to the delay in releasing Part 2 textbooks for Maths and Social Science. This delay is not just a minor inconvenience but a substantial roadblock in our education, which bears crucial importance as Class 9 is a foundational year, laying the groundwork for our Class 10 board examinations next year.

At the beginning of the academic session, we students were introduced to a new syllabus, promising an updated approach to learning. However, the absence of the accompanying textbooks has placed us in an academic limbo. We navigate our studies relying on fragmented PDFs, online resources, and reference books. This situation creates chaos and confusion as we struggle to confirm that the digital content aligns with the latest syllabus, leading to stress and inefficiency in our study plans.

The importance of having timely access to official textbooks cannot be overstated. With Part 2 books missing, subjects such as Maths and Social Science become challenging, causing a disconnect in understanding vital concepts. This is particularly critical as these interruptions in learning could severely impact our performance in the upcoming board exams, where a strong foundation is essential for success.

I urge CBSE and NCERT to address this issue promptly. The timely release of textbooks should be prioritized to ensure we receive a consistent and coherent educational experience. Effective measures need to be implemented in the publication and distribution process to prevent such delays from occurring again in the future.
