You are not alone

In mental health awareness week and on the eve of international nurses day.

- We thank all members of NMCWatch for their bravery in speaking up and asking for help

- We thank all members of NMCWatch who have been able to admit their mistakes and constructively address them

- We offer hope to  all members of our community who haven't felt able to reach out to us, but who we know will, at the right time

- We celebrate  our peers who have not made judgement but understood that it could so easily have been them

- We try to be kinder to ourselves and our colleagues and remember we all started our day to  do our best.
