We estimate the costs the NMC have spent on her case by the time it reaches its conclusion after the 7 day hearing in June to be over £44,000. This is a case which has already had all of the facts examined and quashed by the High Court with strong recommendations from a Justice Spencer that could have directed the NMC to a better conclusion without the waste of registrant's fees nor the additional stress and torment to the registrant.
