Thank you so much for signing our petition to let Lane Cove Council know that shared access to our open spaces is important to the community. 

Lane Cove electors will be going to the polls on 14 September to elect a new council, so this is a prime opportunity to make your views known on important local matters like continued access for dogs on sports fields when not in use for organised sports.

You may have heard that there will be no Liberal candidates running in Lane Cove's local government election. However, there will still be an important contest in each of Lane Cove's three wards, between independent, Labor and Greens candidates. 

We have asked each of the candidates for their position on allowing dogs continued access to sports fields in Lane Cove and we will be sharing this information with you. This is so you can make an informed choice at the upcoming election.
