The promise of convenience and safety that led us to use these services in the first place has been broken. This situation not only affects our daily commutes but also makes us feel vulnerable and unsafe.

We demand that Ola, Uber, and Rapido take immediate action to ensure drivers adhere to the established fare structures and maintain professional conduct.
