Our fellow member of the Mullins SC community, Kyrei Platt, has been facing biased treatment in recent legal proceedings. Over the last 16 months, he has been constantly depicted as a threat to society, with persistent attempts to keep him incarcerated. Kyrei Platt has been the only individual singled out for harsher punishment / offered time .

Everyone in our community knows Kyrei. We are acutely aware of the character he brings to Mullins SC, and this campaign is initiated by those who are familiar with Kyrei's genuine nature. The local solicitor has repeatedly demonstrated a personal vendetta against Kyrei, using the courts to paint him as a social menace. The narrative portrayed in court is biased - depicting him as an influencer forcing other grown men into unlawful activity, but those who really know Kyrei understand that this representation is a skewed one. 

Kyrei's family has found themselves muted in this process. Their concerns unheard, their statements disregarded. This is not the justice we stand for. It's time for the Platt family and others who know and love Kyrei to have a say.
