Meet today with the Head of the school , he believes although an educational psychologist report contradicts this that my daughter should have been in class with everyone else regardless of her identified needs. She is being punished because the school and local authorities haven’t done their best. She has followed the timetable  and the work given and sat her exams but still isn’t enough for a child with SEND need, total disregard for the equality act 2010. The journey of the individual child is irrelevant at delta academy even though they promote values such as child first ! They could have made a child feel valued and now they have made her feel worthless because it was never going to be enough !
