Petition update👉 Ensure a Fair TRIAL for Tiffany Meek!Prevent Tiffany from Being Denied Justice -Your Help is Needed

Today in court it was confirmed that Tiffany Meek’s matter will now proceed to the High Court. Her first High Court appearance is scheduled for 20 November 2025.

It was also placed on record that her attorney, Mr Naidoo, will no longer be representing her, as he is not able to appear in the High Court for bail applications. The family will now be approaching Legal Aid due to financial constraints.

In court today, it was further stated that Tiffany was attacked inside prison and sustained two wounds on her hand. She did receive medical attention, and it was also mentioned that she reported threats to prison wardens, but no action has been taken.

This situation raises serious concerns regarding Tiffany’s safety, her ability to secure legal representation, and her capacity to prepare her defence.

Tiffany remains presumed innocent under South African law. We continue to request that her rights are protected, and that access to a fair legal process is ensured.

⚠️ Important:
Due to bail being denied, Tiffany has lost her full-time employment, further increasing her hardship and dependence on her family.

💰 Urgent Funding Note:
The estimated legal costs for a High Court bail appeal are expected to be in excess of R50 000. Tiffany is fully dependent on her mother while she is incarcerated.

To prevent the family from having to rely on Legal Aid, we urgently need your help. Every pledge matters.

If anyone can assist financially, even R50—toward Tiffany’s bail appeal and trial costs, please contact me directly for the Attorney’s Bank Details:
