It is a well known fact that sex offences reported in Britain are not increasing but political agendas around sex crimes are. 

Jimmy Saville was able to work as an entertainer in many venues including a children's hospital. There are known reports and interviews about Epstein victims telling 'all' they had been through - WHY?

I've just completed a social experiment that lasted 30 years documenting my childhood (abuse) experience and how it carries forward in my life. Though as it is being said this funnels down to the next generation and how clever community leaders are working in society to protect and provide.  

Social workers have created apps for communication and feedback purposes whilst doctors have prepared articles that promote storage of information about legislations that keep culture in a conditioned state.

My purpose in creating this petition is to bring about changes that enable community leaders to raise inquiries about sex offences, stopping the registration process and lead a thorough investigation that sees detainment as a last resort. If sex crimes and offences are not being reported because social services need funding to create communication apps and surveys for filing away then there are no punitive measures in place and life becomes a sentence for many.

I'm calling on the Department of Health and Education to instruct law and inform children, young people and families to become aware of sex offenders registration systems and raising more light on detaining offenders FOR their offences. I'm also asking for Chief Social Worker for Adults & Mental Health Sarah McClinton and Chair of NHS England Board Dr Penny Dash whom more recently joined as North West London Integrated Care System Chair to support a growing nation in conducting research into Mental Health and the conditions of trauma based approaches.
