As a Spurs fan, I believe the club is long overdue some substantial silverware. I believe the key to winning trophies and titles lies in the buying and signing of big name players to complement the squad and give the team some much needed drive. The current owners (ENIC Group; Joe Lewis and Daniel Levy) are known for their reluctance to spend money, with Spurs being the only Top 6 club to spend within the same margins as a Championship side. 
Furthermore, with the owner of ENIC being a billionaire who spends more per annum on fuel for his private fleet of planes than the sum of the collective annual wage of 550 non-playing staff at Spurs, I believe the time has come for an ultimatum: pay up or sell up.
Give the manager more money to buy essential talent, or sell the club to somebody who actually cares about it.
