This idea of this petition is to try and urge the government to make sure that all children’s playgrounds have adequate safety around gates especially after recent events where a young boy went missing after running out of a park. 

I feel a safety mechanism should be in place where parks are either coded or a safety log should be in place so children are un able to get out of them. 
  
The parks we are lucky enough to have should be a safe place for children and adults to be reassured their child is safe it literally takes a second for something to happen. I feel like the councils in all areas need to take this in to consideration and look at the risk and safety of all parks.
