India is a land with diverse culture and languages and Hindi just happens to be one of them. This dialogue in the movie English -Vinglish ( http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=8dWir9Q_Vek&t=2m37s  "Like you are managing in our country without knowing Hindi") equates the non-Hindi speaking crowd of the country to the American consulate officer who does not speak Hindi. But we the non Hindi speaking crowd are as much Indian as the Hindi speakers. Firstly I would like to clarify to the movie makers that "Hindi is not the national language of any country on the planet earth". The false impression the hindi ppl have ie "Hindi is the national language of India" was corrected in parliament in 2010, for further details please refer to http://rajbhasha.nic.in/6184engls.pdf . More than 720 million non-Hindi speaking Indians who "manage" without hindi feel offended by this movie dialogue. We are also the fan of Sridevi and are excited to see her back on the big screen, but we cannot let the movie spread wrong message. Thus request the director/producer of the movie to remove the offensive scene or replace the word "Hindi" with the word "any indian language". We are only against this particular scene in the movie and not the movie as whole. Please remove this offensive dialogue from the movie and uphold the "Unity in Diversity" which the country represents
