By continuing to finish the current campaign, the coronavirus will spread exponentially in the UK as it has already arrived. We should cancel all remaining football matches in the league and start the league campaign over again in the fall, after the coronavirus is eliminated. There will be no winners or losers this year except for the health of the people. This is a small price to pay for the safety of children and fellow countrymen. I hope the Football Association takes this threat serious and acts promptly. We must avoid a pandemic at all costs! Some will say this is unfair but that is why we will pretend that this year never happened. All clubs will get a chance to redo everything. In this time we will also revisit the effectiveness of VAR and whether or not we should get rid of it for future matches. VAR has clearly been ineffective as it has gotten more decisions wrong, than correct. It has given certain teams (which shall remain nameless) an unfair advantage throughout this year. We will cancel this year and erase any and all records from the history books of any matches that took place this year. This is for the good of the people.
