The problem is with all the cuts, and lack of hope on the streets of United Kingdom it is no longer a safe place. After seeing on the news the disappearance of a young lady in London, it's clear the authorities in charge no longer in control.

The people in charge of his country would quite happily send someone to prison for carrying pepper spray. Pepper spray is very effective, it gives people the chance to escape any attacker. It also causes 0 long term effects, accept very rare circumstances (if someone has sever asthma and chokes).

The law in this country you're allowed to use reasonable force in self defence. So I think it's about time authorities accept this argument, and allow people the peace of mind to be safe on the streets of Britain!

I don't think the Law is fair,when you can be sent to prison for allowing your daughter's to feel safe by carrying a self defence spray.

A sesisble resolution would be to make pepper spray legal to possess, but illegal to use unlawfully!

For an example of how out-of-date government thinking is. There is one self-defence spray legal in this country. It simply dyes the face of an attacker with 0 irritation. The one thing I would not tell my daughter's to do to a maniac, spray their attacker with a dye that will have 0 affects into his face. Who came up with this bonkers idea I wonder? Maybe someone living in a safe grounds of Kensington!
