Nadia Alves started this petition to England Boxing

England boxing has chosen to call the schools championships off after they announced they were postponing and instead put a box cup in place, which doesn't have the same recognition as a national schools title, at such a sad and hard time for all I strongly believe this should be reconsidered !!

If not so, at least the boxers born 2006 should be given the opportunity to compete in a national schools competition as this is their last year to participate, please consider that these boys and girls before the Coronavirus out break were training hard for the competition that would have taken place in April 2020.
You must take into account boxers born in 2006 will never get this opportunity again unless England Boxing reconsiders. Please think what effect this will have on the boxers who have longed to compete and also those who’s dream is to become a national schools champion, also with competing in such competitions comes a lot of opportunities  that England Boxing offer the boxers this is also denied if the competition does not go ahead. (Being selected to compete Within national and international championships representing team England)again something that boxers dream of and work so hard to achieve.

Please sign petition so England Boxing can reconsider their decision
