Marc Scott is currently ranked 3rd over 5000m but now Mo is not competing and Andy Butchart will be competing for Scotland,  this makes him ranked no 1 and with the qualifying time. Also currently ranked 3rd over 10000m,  again take Mo out this makes him ranked no 2, again with the qualifying time.  

What more does an athlete have to do? Ranked 1 and 2,  with the QT and still not selected.  We are not encouraging the up and coming athletes out there,  and also we are not giving these up and coming athletes the chance to compete on the big stage. A big shake up is required!!
